Nico Colangelo, Chef of Camelia's Yard - Milano Social Bistrò, skilfully combines innovation with Mediterranean dishes that evoke the flavours of the sea, the countryside and ancient culinary traditions. His signature dishes include the famous Polpo con le Patate revisited and the Orto di Camelia made with chickpeas and vegetables.
